This works for spontaneous trips.

 

It does not work well for:

  • Court compliance

  • Fixed probation appointments

  • Recurring work schedules

 

Pre-Scheduled Membership Services

 

This model operates differently:

  • Rides are scheduled in advance

  • Confirmed in writing

  • Defined service windows

  • Known pickup expectations

  • No street hails

 

The difference is predictability.
